An FBI bulletin provides greater detail on the two ricin-tainted letters (one of which was sent to President Obama, the other to Senator Roger Wicker). It’s been determined that the mailings are related based on the targets, postmarks, and identical verbiage. Both letters are signed, “I am KC and I approve this message.”
