For the second time in less than a week, a sea serpent washed up on a California beach. The 14-foot long oarfish was found near San Diego Friday afternoon.
A snorkeler made an extremely rare discovery off the coast of southern California. Jasmine Santana, a marine science instructor, stumbled on the carcass of an 18-foot-long oarfish. Santana then needed more than a dozen helpers to drag the serpent-like creature to shore.
