Former New York Knicks forward Charles Oakley was arrested and removed from Madison Square Garden Wednesday night after an altercation in the stands.
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announced this afternoon that L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling has been banned from the league for life and fined $2.5 million. Silver also said he will urge the NBA Board of Governors to force Sterling to sell the Clippers.
Judge Andrew Napolitano sat down on the Fox and Friends couch this morning to assess the legal issues at play concerning the Donald Sterling audiotape, which was recorded without his knowledge. Napolitano explained that the recording was illegally done and would be thrown out of a courtroom.
