A West Virginia eighth-grader, Jared Marcum, was arrested after school officials told him to take off his NRA t-shirt. His attorney was on Fox and Friends this morning to discuss the case.
Last week at a middle school in Logan, West Virginia, Jared Marcum was told by a teacher in the cafeteria to remove his NRA t-shirt or turn it inside out. When he refused, he was ordered to go to the principal's office, where he again refused, saying the shirt did not violate the school's dress code. He ended up getting arrested!
