IRS workers have abused agency credit cards, spending taxpayers’ money on porn, wine, romance novels and diet pills. A government watchdog agency issued the report which covers the 2010-2011 fiscal years. In it, workers claimed that the two credit cards used for porn had been stolen.
At a House hearing today, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) asked IRS official Faris Fink to respond to the lavish spending on conferences by the agency, and he played the notorious Star Trek parody video to make his point.
