Hannah Anderson, the California teen missing for almost a week, has been found safe. San Diego County Sheriff Bill Gore said that during an arrest attempt at a campground in Idaho, suspect James Lee DiMaggio was shot and killed by an FBI agent.
Authorities have confirmed eight-year-old Ethan Anderson as the second body found inside a burned down California home.
Police are searching for 8-year-old Ethan and 16-year-old Hannah Anderson, both of whom went missing after suspect James Lee Dimaggio, 40, killed their mother, Christina Anderson and burned down her house with her and an unidentified child inside. It's believed Dimaggio then took off with one or both of Anderson's children.
The latest on the manhunt in southern California for at least one child and suspected kidnapper, James Lee DiMaggio. Hannah Anderson, 16, and her 8-year-old brother, Ethan, are missing after their mother, Christina Anderson, was found dead at DiMaggio's home in a rural area 65 miles east of San Diego.
