In a press conference Friday night after the apprehension of "suspect 2," Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, Mass. State Police Superintendent Col. Timothy Alben, Gov. Deval Patrick and others addressed the public, thanking law enforcement and the citizens of Boston for "heroic actions."
