In one of the most fiery interviews on Fox News Channel, Megyn Kelly took on the attorney for Kermit Gosnell, the abortion doctor convicted of murdering three babies and manslaughter of a woman. Gosnell was sentenced to more than three consecutive life sentences behind bars after performing hundreds late-term abortions. On America Live, Jim McMahon continued to defend his client against the horrific details of his crimes.
Dr. Kermit Gosnell has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for the murder of Baby A in the case. He was also sentenced to two-and-a-half to five years for the involuntary manslaughter of Karnamayar Mongar, who died in his care. He also received 10 to 20 years for a handful of conspiracy charges. The judge declared no further punishment for the remaining charges including performing abortions after 24 weeks and violating the informed consent laws.
Philadelphia abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell was found guilty this afternoon in a federal court of the first-degree murder of three babies. Gosnell, 72, was also found guilty of manslaughter in the death of a female patient and acquitted of the murder of a fourth baby.
