It’s time for Final Thoughts.
Well, Sunday night’s Grammy awards proved once again how out of touch the celebrity elite is with the average American. You elitist fools have turned every award show, every performance, every march, and every parade into an anti-Trump tantrum.
You barely even celebrate yourselves, or your work anymore. You celebrate your Trump derangement syndrome! It’s actually kind of hilarious, yet pathetic at the same time.
I really loved the skit where celebrities read from the Fire and Fury book. But do you think it was wise to resurrect Hillary Clinton, and make her the face of your “movement” yet again?
Don’t get me wrong, it’s great that Hillary is so popular with the celebrity and entertainment crowd. It really helped propel her to the White House in 2016, right?
In fact, each time Hillary makes an appearance, we are reminded why we voted for Donald Trump. So, thank you for that.Article continues below
I don’t think middle class, working families giving a rat’s behind what Jay-Z, Cher, DJ Khaled or Snoop Dogg think about the current American political and economic landscape.
And those same Americans won’t be concerned with how pop stars and rappers feel about the president in 2020 either.
Yet again, the election will be about winning for the American people - something Trump is doing every day.
And by the way, many of you celebs are so phony with this “Me too” and “TimesUp” business. How many of you in that room sing and rap about taking advantage of women, then celebrate it? And now you’re so pure and righteous? Please.
So you think you’re activists? Great. But what are you actually doing for the American people? Do you think wearing flowers, mocking the president, and spreading the victimhood narrative - while sitting in a room full of multi-millionaires - really resonates with everyday Americans?
You might win awards for singing, dancing, and acting. But remember, Donald Trump won the White House. And President Donald Trump is winning for the American people.
Those are my Final Thoughts. From LA, God Bless and take care.
