A TV host is making headlines for a viral rant in which she accused President Barack Obama of being more concerned with Muslim sensitivity than the sacrifice made by the servicemen killed in last week's Chattanooga shooting.
One America News host Tomi Lahren sounded off last week in the wake of Thursday’s shootings that left four Marines dead. A fifth victim, a Navy sailor, died of his injuries on Saturday.
“Do I care that [gunman Mohammad Abdulazeez] seemed like an 'All-American' young man? Do I care that he was good at mixed martial arts or a smart, quiet guy? Do I care that his high school friends wouldn’t classify him as overly religious? No, I don’t give a flying you-know-what about any of that […] I care that this S.O.B. killed four of our United States Marines, and I care that our commander-in-chief is more concerned with Muslim sensitivity than the honor and sacrifice made by these Marines,” Lahren said on her show, “On Point with Tomi Lahren.”
Lahren also slammed the administration’s handling of radical Islam.
“I’ve had it with this failed strategy, this half-way, half-baked, tip-toe, be friendly to jihadis mentality pushed by this administration,” she said in the video, which has been viewed on YouTube more than 1.5 million times.
Lahren was on “Fox and Friends” this morning to discuss her viral remarks.
“I think it’s what every American is thinking – they just don’t have the platform to say it,” she said of her comments.
Lahren said that she comes from a military family, and her boyfriend is serving as a Navy SEAL in the Middle East.
“This is personal for me,” she said.
