On the latest episode of "Starnes Country" on Fox Nation, Todd Starnes said that the pro-life movement is again under attack from Hollywood elites.

"Hollywood declared war on the state of Georgia's 'Heartbeat Bill'," Starnes said.

He said that the motion picture industry is important to Georgia, where production companies and actors can take advantage of major tax breaks and other incentives.

Starnes said several stars plan to "boycott" Georgia if Gov. Brian Kemp (R) signs the bill, which bans abortions after the heartbeat of the baby is detected.

Ben Stiller, Don Cheadle, Alyssa Milano, Rosie O'Donnell and others have all said they will not patronize Georgia if Kemp approves the measure as planned.

However, Starnes said Milano has been the voice of the movement.

Responding to critics, she said that "men who identify as small-government conservatives [should be] remind[ed] that government is never bigger than when it is inside a woman's body."

Starnes said the outcry is simply the latest outrage from "disgruntled people who play make-believe for a living."
