On Fox Nation's "Liberty File," former Clinton adviser Doug Schoen said that Hillary Clinton has not ruled out another run for the White House.

Host Judge Andrew Napolitano noted a new report that Clinton is telling people she is not "closing the doors" on trying to win the Democratic nomination.

CNN's Jeff Zeleny reported that does not mean there is a Clinton "campaign-in-waiting," but it's a possibility because "she wants to take on Trump" a second time.

"I think that’s been her position for a while," Schoen said. "Her thinking, Judge, very simply is if you have 10 or 15 candidates, she can get a minority of the vote. Win a substantial number of minorities, arguably, and get the nomination that way and have another rematch with Donald Trump.

Napolitano asked Schoen if he had spoken to Clinton personally about her 2020 plans.

"I have not," Schoen said. "I've spoken to people who have spoken to her who say she says 'never say never.'"
