In the new episode of Fox Nation's "No Interruption," Tomi Lahren brings you an in-depth look at two decorated U.S. soldiers now accused of war crimes for killing the enemy outside of the rules of engagement.

Army Major Mathew Golsteyn faces a murder charge for killing a suspected Taliban bomb maker in 2010 after years of on-and-off investigations.

A military tribunal that probed the killing years ago initially cleared Golsteyn. But the investigation was re-opened after he spoke with Fox News' Bret Baier on "Special Report" in 2016.

"They have ripped his life apart for years," his wife, Julie Golsteyn, told Tomi.

She said if President Trump is the only one with the "moral courage" to look into the case and do the right thing, then so be it.

"Then these generals and all of these higher-ranking Army officials should be ashamed of themselves," she said.

Likewise, Chief Special Warfare Operator Edward Gallagher is facing charges of premeditated murder and other offenses in connection with the fatal stabbing of a teenage ISIS prisoner under his care in Iraq in 2017 and shooting at unarmed civilians.

Gallagher's brother, Sean Gallagher, alleges that the accusations came from members of a SEAL unit who were reprimanded by Gallagher for "cowardice" in combat.

"They know that if that follows them back home, no one's going to want to work with them again, that no one wants to deploy with someone that you can't trust," Gallagher said. "They realize that, 'Now I need to cast aspersions about Ed and his leadership, so that if he gives me a bad review, I've at least muddied the waters a little bit so that they don't trust him."

So, are the charges facing Golsteyn and Gallagher justifiable or are we betraying the men who fight to keep us safe? Their families sit down to tell their side of the story on the new episode of "No Interruption": "War or Murder?"
