Fox Nation host Rachel Campos-Duffy spoke with pro-life activists at Friday's March for Life in Washington, D.C., the largest rally of its kind in the country.

The 46th annual event took place at the National Mall and featured a surprise visit from Vice President Mike Pence.

The event also came one day before Saturday's Women's March, which will mark "two years of resistance to the Trump presidency," according to its website.

During Friday's event, Pence emphasized that President Trump "is the most pro-life president in American history."

Campos-Duffy said Saturday on Fox & Friends that the march featured many young people who are "emboldened by science."

"These are kids who have seen 4D ultrasounds of their baby brother or sister. They understand it intuitively because they trust technology," she said.

Many marchers that Campos-Duffy spoke with said that they were happy to celebrate life, as well as women.

"I'm a feminist, and I'm here because pro-life doesn't mean anti-woman," one marcher said.

Campos-Duffy called the March for Life "amazing," and she will also be attending Saturday's Women's March in the nation's capital.
