Monday’s “Outnumbered” panel discussed the timeline of the Russia investigation, as well as Rudy Giuliani’s ultimatum to special counsel Robert Mueller.

During an appearance Sunday on "Fox & Friends," Giuliani – President Trump’s attorney – reasserted his belief that Mueller doesn't have any evidence that then-candidate Trump colluded with Russia.

"My ultimatum is 'put up or shut up, Bob.' I mean, what do you have? There are those who believe you don’t have anything on collusion. And, by the way, even if you did it’s not a crime – so what the heck are you doing?" Giuliani said.

Britt McHenry, co-host of Fox Nation's "UN-PC," said that Americans want answers to the Mueller probe, noting that it has cost taxpayers more than $25 million.

"How long will it go? Another year?" she asked. "The American taxpayers want results or they want to see this over."

Rachel Campos-Duffy said that she agrees with Giuliani’s ultimatum.

"I say put up or shut. ... If there was something, I think we would have heard it by now," Campos-Duffy said. "I think the American people, quite frankly, are tuned out by this. I think it needs to come to an end."

She questioned if Democrats can pull off the "dirty political trick" of working to build up a case to tarnish the president and his image.

"Are people just so sick of the political games? ... Maybe it ends up backfiring."
