Sean Hannity held an impromptu interview with President Trump Thursday on ahead of a rally in Las Vegas.

Trump called the situation surrounding Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and accusations of a 1982 sexual assault "sad."


"Frankly, Sean, to see what's going on is very sad. Why didn't somebody call the FBI 36 years ago?" Trump asked.

He said Kavanaugh was being "besmirched," but added that accuser Christine Blasey Ford should be given the opportunity to state her case.

However, Trump disagreed with how Democrats continue to call for delays to Kavanaugh's confirmation vote.

"I don't think you can delay it any longer," he said.
