Charlie Kirk: 'The Intolerance of the Left Never Ceases to Amaze Me'
'They hate Trump more than they love America.'
Turning Point USA's Charlie Kirk and Candace Owens were ambushed by a group of liberal protesters outside a Philadelphia restaurant Monday morning.
Kirk and Owens were at the Green Eggs Cafe to discuss Turning Point USA-related business when they were met by the protesters outside who began screaming and chanting. One of the protesters even dumped a bottle of water on Kirk.
"The intolerance of the left never ceases to amaze me," Kirk said on "Cavuto Live," lamenting that incidents like this are becoming more and more common.
If a angry conservative mob formed while two young liberals, one white guy and a black woman, were eating breakfast, and the mob hurled horrific insults, threw objects and assaulted them, the left would call it a “hate crime” and every major outlet would be demanding condemnation

He noted that members of the Trump administration have also recently been accosted when they were out in public.
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen was forced out of a Mexican restaurant in Washington in June amid backlash over the Trump administration's immigration policies.
White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders also was booted from a Virginia restaurant in July. Sanders said the reason was because she works for President Trump.
"This is a growing trend against conservatives and outward supporters of the president," Kirk said.

He said that Democratic leaders not only fail to denounce this type of behavior, some of them encourage it.
He pointed to Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.), who called on her supporters to harass members of the Trump administration whenever they are out in public.
"These protesters and these radicals on the left, they have not been able to reconcile that this president is succeeding," Kirk said. "They hate Trump more than they love America."
