President Donald Trump ripped Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) at a rally in support of Rep. Kevin Cramer's (R-N.D.) Senate bid in Fargo on Wednesday.

Trump said North Dakota needs Cramer to replace Sen. Heidi Heitkamp (D-N.D.) in order to have someone properly represent them.

"Heidi voted no on our massive tax cuts for North Dakota families," Trump said, adding that Heitkamp takes her cues from party leaders.

Trump said Waters is the "new" leader of the Democratic Party.

"Schumer, Pelosi and Maxine," he said. "[Waters] practically was telling people the other day to assault [people]."

"If you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere," Waters said in a speech earlier this week.

"Imagine if I said those things," he said. "[It's] horrible what she said."

Trump said left-wing Democrats have "shameless[ly] attack[ed] courageous ICE officers," and that "extremist Democratic politicians have called for the complete elimination of ICE."

He said that if far-left factions get their way, parts of America would be "overrun with the worst criminal elements you've ever seen."

"These radical Democrat protesters, they really want anarchy. But, the only response they will find from our government is very strong law and order," Trump said.

Trump blasted European countries that have levied tariffs on American products over the years.

"If you're not going to take our farm products like we take your farm product, we're going to tax all of those beautiful BMWs that are coming in," he said, apparently taking a shot at the German automotive export.
