Radio host Mark Levin, host of "Life, Liberty and Levin" Sundays on Fox News Channel, said the inspector general's report into DOJ and FBI actions in the Hillary Clinton email campaign shows election interference "worse than the Russians could have ever dreamed of."

"And, I'm not a fan of Vladimir Putin and the Russians," Levin added.

"This was a cabal," he said of officials who included fired FBI Director James Comey, officials Peter Strzok, Lisa Page and others.

"The buck stops with Comey," he said, adding that if it weren't for the Yonkers, N.Y. native, Hillary Clinton would "be in an orange jumpsuit right now."

Levin said Comey "usurped the powers of the attorney general" to protect Clinton and hinder Donald Trump's campaign.

He also criticized Inspector General Michael Horowitz for writing that there wasn't explicit political bias to be found in his investigation.

Levin additionally said current FBI Director Chris Wray did a disservice to his own agency by calling for FBI-wide counter-bias training, saying that Wray is implicitly "trashing" the innocent majority of staff.
