Andrew Pollack, the father of Meadow Pollack who was killed in the Florida school shooting in February, reacted to the news of another similar tragedy.

In Santa Fe, Texas, Dimitrios Pagourtzis allegedly killed ten people and wounded another ten at his high school.

"My heart sank to my stomach when I found out," Pollack said, adding that he is getting "angrier and angrier" at the fact there has been another school shooting.

"When is enough?" Pollack asked.

He said that the most effective way to help prevent such tragedies are to reduce the number of entry points into a school and set up metal detectors, which he said are omnipresent in courthouses and other government buildings.

"Our kids shouldn't go to school and feel they're not safe," he said.

To the parents of the victims in Texas, Pollack said there is nothing anyone can say that suffices as a response to the death of a child.

But, he said he hopes to fly to Texas to help the families grieve for their lost loved ones.
