Dr. Sebastian Gorka slammed former CIA Director John Brennan for suggesting that Russian President Vladimir Putin "may have something" on President Trump.

"This is shocking. Never in American history has a former civil servant of his ranking done what he just did," Gorka said on "Fox & Friends," explaining that it's outrageous for Brennan to imply the president of the United States is vulnerable to blackmail, while providing no details.

"He is serving Putin's interest. And don't forget ... this individual, John Brennan, in 1976 admitted to voting for the Communist Party candidate for president -- before he gets hired by the CIA. I guess old habits die hard, don't they, Mr. Brennan?”

Gorka argued that Brennan isn't the only former Obama official to essentially "help" Putin's agenda, noting that James Clapper lied to Congress about leaking information related to the infamous anti-Trump dossier to the media.

Clapper, the former director of national intelligence, said in a March 12 CNN interview that he had no contact with anyone from the media until after he left the government.

The House Intelligence Committee, however, found in a heavily redacted report that Clapper provided "inconsistent testimony." The report says Clapper acknowledged that he spoke to CNN's Jake Tapper about the dossier, and admitted he may have discussed the topic with other journalists as well.

Clapper is facing questions about whether he was a source for CNN for a January 2017 story about Trump being briefed about the dossier by former FBI Director James Comey.

Gorka said Putin had a clear objective to undermine Americans' faith in the electoral system, and that's exactly what Clapper, Comey and Brennan did.

"A dossier that was built on Russian propaganda -- we now know that -- became a news item thanks to Clapper leaking. And then what happens? After he leaves government, he gets a juicy contract with CNN. This is bogus," Gorka said.

He also noted that almost immediately after the House Intelligence Committee's report was released, Brennan denounced it on Twitter.
