GOOD NEWS Abby Huntsman & Anna Kooiman Brought Their Babies for a Workout on 'Fox & Friends'
Being a new mom is hard work, and it can be particularly hard to find the time to work out.
That's why fitness expert Nicole Glor created the "Baby Bootie Camp" workout video, which shows moms how to have fun and get fit while spending time with their babies.
On "Fox & Friends Weekend," Glor and her daughter Victoria joined host Abby Huntsman and former host Anna Kooiman to do some mommy fitness.
Abby's daughter Isabel Grace was born in November, and Anna's son Brooks was born in January, and the little ones got to be a part of the workout.

Glor demonstrated several exercises specifically for new moms to help lose the baby weight and get toned, all while soothing and spending quality time with their infants.
Kooiman, a former Fox News anchor, made the long trip from her home in Australia and showed off baby Brooks on "Fox & Friends" a few weeks ago.
