'Wake Up and Smell the Coffee': Bongino Says Mueller Indictment Destroys Trump Collusion Narrative

Former Secret Service Agent and NYPD officer Dan Bongino on Monday mocked Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake's comments that a Republican should challenge Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election.

"Jeff Flake couldn't win his own primary," Bongino said on "Fox & Friends," branding Flake as the king of the "RINOs," which stands for Republican In Name Only.

"That's like losing a Little League World Series and trying to take a shot at the big leagues the next year. He couldn't do it. The guy's not a real Republican."

Flake announced last year he would not be seeking re-election in 2018 and blasted Trump in a scathing Senate floor address. He said on NBC News Sunday that the GOP is the "Trump party" right now, but it might not stay that way.

Bongino also commented on a "Saturday Night Live" parody which featured Special Counsel Robert Mueller in a "Bachelor" skit, telling a sobbing woman that he would not pursue a collusion case against President Trump.

Bongino said "liberal Hollywood is finally starting to prepare the snowflake crowd" that there is not going to be a case against Trump for collusion.

"Collusion is real. It's just among the Clintons and the Russians and their paid parties in between," he said, cautioning that Mueller and his team will "find something" against Trump.
