Geraldo Reveals Scott Peterson's 'Exclusive,' 'Cushy' Life on Death Row

It's now been 15 years since the murder case that captivated a nation and Fox News Channel has a special look on Sunday at 8:00pm ET.

Laci Peterson was last seen alive on Christmas Eve 2002 and her husband, Scott Peterson, sits on death row to this day for her murder and the murder of their eight-month unborn son, Conner.

In "Interview With a Monster: The Scott Peterson Case," you'll hear from Fox News Channel's Laura Ingle, who covered the case from the start, "The Five" host and former prosecutor Kimberly Guilfoyle and others.

Peterson's motive was clear: he wanted to leave the marriage in order to be with his mistress, Amber Frey. The hour-long special will delve into one question that still remains: how did he think he was going to get away with it?

He left clues to that question along the way, including a bizarre 2003 interview with Fox 13 Tampa Bay’s Gloria Gomez.

Peterson's appeals of his death sentence are still pending in California. No prisoner has been executed in the state since 2006.

In a Fox News special two years ago, Geraldo Rivera reported on Peterson's "cushy" life behind bars, speaking to one of the few outsiders to have seen him since his prison term began.

Watch "Interview With a Monster: The Scott Peterson Case," on Sunday at 8pm and 11pm ET on Fox News Channel.
