Joe Biden lashed out again at President Trump on Saturday, calling the administration's tenure "one of the most dangerous times in modern history."

"I think that there have always been voices in our country - and particularly in the 19th and 20th century in Europe - that have always tried to take advantage of pain and change," the former vice president said at the Miami Book Fair in Florida.

Biden went on to accuse Trump of not caring about middle and lower-class Americans.

"Do you think [Trump] really cares about the kids I grew up with in Scranton, Pennsylvania as far as their economic well-being?"

The former Delaware senator's memoir, "Promise Me, Dad" about his son's death and Biden's sitting out the 2016 presidential race was released earlier this month.
