An attorney for victims of the Las Vegas massacre said she has not been allowed in the shooter's room and has received "nothing but resistance" from the casino's ownership.

Catherine Lombardo said Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, which is the parent company of Mandalay Bay, has not allowed her to investigate Stephen Paddock's room, nor given any assistance with her probe.

"The legal maneuvering and posturing and litigation that's been happening - so far we're not getting cooperation from MGM," she said.

She said she is going to court within the next few weeks in hopes a judge will order MGM to allow her in the room and to investigate the premises.

Lombardo added that the FBI has gone "radio silent" about their separate investigation of the massacre.
