Watters on Brazile's DNC Revelations: Clinton Was 'Pulling all the Purse Strings'

Judge Napolitano on Why He Believes Trump Campaign Adviser 'Wore a Wire'

Geraldo Rivera said this morning that the newest revelations about Hillary Clinton and the DNC are the "nail in the coffin" when it comes to the Clintons and the Democratic Party.

In her new book, "Hacked," former interim DNC chair Donna Brazile says Clinton resolved the DNC's large debts and took control, rigging the nomination process.

"When I was asked to run the Democratic Party after the Russians hacked our emails, I stumbled onto a shocking truth about the Clinton campaign," Brazile wrote in a Politico excerpt.

Brazile took over the DNC in July 2016 after Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz stepped down in the wake of the Russians' email hack. She writes that she promised Sanders she would find out whether there was any truth to rumors that the nominating process was indeed rigged against him.

"By September 7, the day I called Bernie, I had found my proof and it broke my heart," she wrote.

Rivera said he believes the DNC was "virtually a criminal enterprise" acting on behalf of the Clintons and had no interest in seeing the best candidate be nominated in the 2016 presidential election.

He said the party is now in "total disarray" with opposition to President Trump as its only unifying message.

"The [DNC] has virtually no clout. It's strictly a function of who is funding it at the moment."

Rivera said Sen. Bernie Sanders' surprisingly effective campaign revealed the weakness of Hillary Clinton as a candidate.
