Muslim Man From NYC Terrorist's Neighborhood: 'I Feel Angry' About What This 'Animal' Did

Col. Tony Shaffer (ret.) slammed Sen. Chuck Schumer for sponsoring the "Diversity Visa Lottery Program," through which the NYC terrorist was able to enter the U.S. in the 1990s.

Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, 29,is reportedly gleeful in the hospital after he yelled "Allahu Akbar" and ran a truck into bikers and pedestrians on Tuesday afternoon near lower Manhattan's West Side Highway, killing 8 and injuring at least 11.

"We have to look at every aspect of every individual to make sure that we're not importing Europe's terror problem," Shaffer said.

President Trump backed Shaffer's message, tweeting, "We will stop this craziness."

"You need to penetrate the networks," Shaffer said, adding that peaceful Muslims could help drive violence out of the faith.

"I'm sorry, the Amish aren't doing this," the retired officer said. "We need to look where the threat is and not pretend we can be politically correct," he added, saying a grandma from Michigan should not receive the same level of scrutiny as a younger man from Uzbekistan.
