Jesse Watters reacted to CNN's Jim Acosta asking a question about climate change and its effect on the hurricane season, at a White House press briefing.

Acosta asked Homeland Security Adviser Thomas Bossert what conclusions we can draw from the increase in climate change as it relates to the particularly strong 2017 hurricane season.

"Liberalism is about guilt," Watters said.

Watters said that people on the left like Acosta believe that capitalism contributes to climate change, and in turn climate change causes drastic weather patterns.

"The answer always is 'we will control your life'," he said.

Juan Williams said that Acosta looked particularly "political" by asking Bossert a question like that with FEMA leadership in attendance.
