Earlier today, Peter Doocy took a helicopter ride with Customs & Border Protection officials over Conroe, Texas and Port Arthur, Texas.

Doocy showed the panel on "Outnumbered" how high the water from Hurricane Harvey has gotten in those areas.

The USCPB was previously rescuing people from the area, Doocy said, but now have turned to dropping food and supplies to those still trapped.

"Some neighborhoods are still completely submerged," Doocy said.

"Things from the air look better closer to Houston, but out here we don't see a lot of people."
