A Texas baby was named for his timing after he was born during one of the state's biggest hurricanes last weekend.

Baby Harvey Rodriguez was born a healthy newborn at 7 lbs., 18 ¼ inches long at Corpus Christi Medical Center Doctors Regional, along with three other babies just as Hurricane Harvey made landfall on the southeast Texas shore.

As mom Irma Rodriguez went into labor, Hurricane Harvey began tearing up the cities of Corpus Christi and Rockport. The category 4 storm slowed to category one after leaving the area in shambles. As of Monday morning, Houston is still rescuing residents from the floods that followed.

“It was exciting delivering my baby during the hurricane," the cheerful mom said. "We are thankful for the care we received."
