Conway Blasts Media for 'Scant Coverage' of New Law to Help Vets

Michelle Malkin credited President Trump for remaining committed to the core principles that got him elected, despite the "unprecedented" attacks from the media and both parties.

The host of "Michelle Malkin Investigates" on CRTV said Trump is "under siege" right now but he is standing firm on agenda items like the border wall.

Malkin said on "Fox & Friends" that Republicans like Mitch McConnell and Mitt Romney are "pandering to the social justice mob" by opposing Trump's agenda.

She said Republicans will "never appease" Trump's left-wing critics, yet they still try.

Malkin said the GOP establishment is more loyal to itself and lawmakers' re-election cycles than "achieving a limited government agenda."

"Trump called these people out by name and that is incredibly refreshing," she said, calling out Democrats - including Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Sen. Chuck Schumer - for supporting the Secure Fence Act in 2006 but now opposing a border wall.

She said that if the plan, which called for 700 miles of fencing, was actually fully implemented, Trump's wall might not even be necessary.
