In his Opening Monologue, Sean Hannity took aim at Republicans and Democrats who are preventing the repeal and replacement of ObamaCare.

Hannity said the GOP is essentially "taking toilet paper, wetting it down" and throwing it at the wall hoping it sticks, with the several iterations of bills they have drafted.

He slammed the seven GOP senators who voted against a clean repeal and said they and others are putting Republican advantages in jeopardy for the 2018 election.

Hannity said the Democrats likewise had seven years to come up with a plan for their failing law.

He called the Republicans the party of "zero identity" and said they were "too timid [and] spineless" to do the hard work the voters deserve.

"The only person in the Republican Party who has a vision... is the president himself," Hannity said.
