'What Is the Crime?!': Lawrence Jones Battles Dem Over Collusion Claims

Acting Immigration & Customs Enforcement Director Thomas Homan said federal immigration law will be enforced nationwide without reservation.

Homan said illegal immigration is "not a victimless crime," adding that so-called 'coyotes' often work with dangerous drug cartels.

He said regular Americans can fall victim to illegals if their credit card information or social security number is stolen.

Homan said sanctuary cities send the wrong message, that "if you get here, we will shield you" from law enforcement.

"I'm going to send additional resources to these cities and we're going to find these people. We're going to enforce the law without apology," he said.

He said that the ten people who died in a sweltering big rig in San Antonio are only a few of the estimated 200 deaths recently suffered by the ranks of illegal immigrants.
