Gutierrez: Trump a 'Major Criminal' Who Must Be 'Eliminated' From Office

President Trump joked to Health & Human Services Secretary Tom Price about what might happen if an ObamaCare replacement bill doesn’t pass in the Senate.

Speaking at the Boy Scouts of America's National Jamboree in West Virginia, Trump pointed out that several of his cabinet members are Eagle Scouts.

He said Price, along with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, Vice President Mike Pence, Energy Secretary Rick Perry and Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke all attained the highest rank in scouting.

Introducing Price, Trump said he hopes to "get the votes" tomorrow for a procedural vote toward repealing ObamaCare.

"He better get [the votes]," Trump told the crowd. "Otherwise, I'll say, 'Tom, you're fired.'"

Perry and Price could be seen laughing at the "Apprentice" reference, as Trump smiled and turned toward Price.

"[They] better get Senator Capito to vote for it," he added, referring to West Virginia's Republican Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, who opposes a clean repeal.

The president also borrowed several points from the Scout Law to express his opinions.

He impressed upon the importance of "Loyalty" - the second point of twelve - which Martha MacCallum later said could be a reference to Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Trump's speech also frequently garnered raucous cheers and "U-S-A" chants, including when he noted that Tillerson is a former National Scout Executive.
