Election Day in April?

Jesse Watters found some American citizens' ignorance about basic civics questions is "astounding."

Watters recalled some of the answers he got from Arizona State University students last year when he asked them questions from the citizenship test all immigrants to the United States must take.

The questions were mostly basic, but the students had a bit of trouble remembering the answers.

Students guessed April, August, December, March and January for the month Americans vote for president of the United States.

One student at first guessed 1984 for the month America declared independence.
