On "Fox & Friends" this morning, Michelle Malkin said the ongoing debate over the Republican health care bill is a perfect example of why so many Americans are fed up with Washington, D.C. politics.

"So many Republicans were elected. They had one job: repeal ObamaCare," Malkin said. "It's fairly clear to most ordinary Americans what 'repeal' means."

She said it's not surprising that the Senate vote on the ObamaCare overhaul plan has been delayed until after July 4, since so many of the D.C. "swamp creatures" over-promise and under-deliver.

"It is in fact very predictable for those of us who have watched the Republican establishment," Malkin said.

She slammed the GOP for "capitulating" to liberals and allowing them to dictate the terms of the health care debate.

"They will face those consequences, and they deserve those consequences," Malkin said.

"President Trump won because he understood that there were warped priorities in Washington," she added. "That's what we're talking about here when we talk about the impact that this massive ObamaCare plan had on people whose health care was taken away."
