Lou Dobbs said on FBN that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) have failed at leading their caucuses.

Dobbs said that on Tuesday, McConnell showed the "inability of Congressional leaders to deliver for this president on his agenda."

McConnell was forced to pull his health care legislation from the Senate schedule prior to the 4th of July recess - similar to how Ryan initially had to do so in the House in March.

"What have they been doing all this time?" Dobbs asked, noting they have had more than five months since President Trump took office on January 20 to get a successful bill passed.

Dobbs said it showed a "failure of leadership," and added that "only real leader is in the White House."
