"Blaze" host Lawrence Jones slammed the ACLU for saying that President Trump's decision to reject the Paris Climate Accords is "an assault on communities of color."

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi echoed the ACLU's sentiment, saying the situation is a "civil rights issue."

Jones asked if Pelosi and the ACLU checked to "see if [minorities] use different air than other Americans."

"Americans are sick of these [racial] tactics," Jones added.

Jones asked whether the group considered President Obama's effect on black coal miners, when he tried to move away from using coal.

He said Obama was "going rogue without [seeking 'advice & consent' from] Congress" before committing America to the agreement.
