'These Were Not Unaccompanied Minors!': Pirro Sounds Off on Release of MS-13 Members
Judge Jeanine Pirro said the country must start taking MS-13 gang members seriously and crack down.
"The've got all the tats, they identify themselves, and they say, 'what are you going to do about it?'" she said on "Fox & Friends."
In 2014, at least 16 MS-13 gang members were transferred out of federal custody and into community placement centers by the federal government.
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) wrote to the Office of Refugee Resettlement this week, demanding answers about the rulings on the gang members during the dramatic surge of illegal border crossings in 2014.
Many of those who entered the United States in 2014 were unaccompanied minors from Central America and the Obama administration said many were fleeing gang violence in countries like El Salvador and Honduras.
"These were not unaccompanied minors! ... For the Obama administration to say, 'they are suffering horrific crimes or horrific events in their country,' that's baloney!" she finished.
