A World War II veteran rang in his 96th birthday in a pretty awesome way over the weekend: by jumping out of an airplane!

Delton Walling, a Pearl Harbor survivor, is no stranger to skydiving.

Walling said that the birthday jump, which took place in Lodi, California, will be his last.

He said he's going to focus on his busy schedule, with big plans for traveling and giving motivational speeches.

Although he won't be doing more skydiving, Walling said he enjoyed his final time and will miss the thrill.

“Every time you do something like this it makes you feel pretty good,” he said.
