Vice President Mike Pence will join Bret Baier tonight from Capitol Hill to discuss a range of issues surrounding the Trump administration, including how they plan to proceed with repealing and replacing ObamaCare.

The sit-down comes as House Republicans push to pass their ObamaCare replacement legislation, which is being opposed by many conservatives, along with hospitals, doctors and consumer groups.

Pence said that the administration will "listen very intently" to conservative leaders who have criticized the GOP's American Health Care Act.

"This is the bill, but if there are ways to improve that bill to give people greater confidence that we all are going to arrive at the same place where ObamaCare is done and we repealed it," Pence said.

He said that they are committed to following through on President Trump's campaign promise of repealing and replacing ObamaCare.

"President Donald Trump is a man of his word," Pence said.

The vice president will also discuss the resignation of former National Security Advisor Mike Flynn.

Pence said that the revelation that Flynn had filed with Department of Justice as a foreign agent for making more than $500,000 as a "lobbyist" for Turkey is an "affirmation" of President Trump's decision to ask Flynn to resign.

"Hearing that story today was first I heard of it," Pence said. "And I fully support the decision President Trump made to ask for Gen. Flynn’s resignation."

Baier said earlier today he also plans to question the vice president on the investigation into President Trump's alleged Russia ties and the new leaks out of Washington, including a new trove of CIA cyberspying documents released by WikiLeaks.

"He will talk to us about the different elements of the leak, investigations into the alleged Russia ties, the breaking news about Michael Flynn and his push on Capitol Hill to get people to sign on to this health care bill," said Baier.

Baier was referring to a new report that former national security adviser Michael Flynn registered with the Justice Department as a foreign agent over $530,000 worth of lobbying work before Election Day that may have aided the Turkish government.
