Ingraham: Russia Allegations Are 'All the Democrats Have Right Now'
There's been a renewed push in recent days for an investigation into the Trump campaign's alleged ties to Russia and Moscow's interference in the U.S. presidential race.
Several Democratic lawmakers have called for a special prosecutor be appointed to probe contact between the Trump campaign and Russia.
On "Special Report" tonight, Laura Ingraham said this Russia story is "all the Democrats have right now."
She explained that if Russia didn't deliver the election to Trump, then Democrats must figure out what the actual cause was.
"Was it the fact that they've missed the angst and the anxiety of Middle America on key issues in key ways for the last several years? Was it that they had a candidate who really didn't connect with the electorate? Was it their own turnout machine?" Ingraham said.
She argued that Democrats are simply trying to point to any explanation to avoid "reflecting on their own failures."
"Russia makes it a lot easier for Democrats not to do their own autopsy on what went wrong."
President Trump has made it clear in recent days that he agrees with Ingraham's assessment:
This Russian connection non-sense is merely an attempt to cover-up the many mistakes made in Hillary Clinton's losing campaign.

The Democrats had to come up with a story as to why they lost the election, and so badly (306), so they made up a story - RUSSIA. Fake news!

Russia talk is FAKE NEWS put out by the Dems, and played up by the media, in order to mask the big election defeat and the illegal leaks!
