A high school basketball player had a night to remember.

Chino Hills High School sophomore LaMelo Ball scored 92 points in his team's 146-123 win over Los Ojos on Tuesday.

Ball, the younger brother of UCLA point guard Lonzo Ball, shot 30-of-39 on two-point attempts and 7-of-22 on three-point attempts. He added 11 points from the free-throw line and also had seven assists and five rebounds.

In the fourth quarter alone, he tallied 41 points. Keep in mind, quarters in high school basketball are only eight minutes long.

It appears that Ball was employing the "cherry-picking" strategy to rack up as many points as possible.

Ball's performance came one game after his team had its 60-game winning streak snapped by national powerhouse Oak Hill Academy.

Social media exploded over Ball's huge game.
