Democratic leaders Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi appear to disagree over how their party should move forward after their devastating election loss.

During a speech delivered Saturday at the Progressive Congress Strategy Summit in Baltimore, Warren said the "out of touch" Democratic Party needs to “grow a backbone” and implement dramatic changes.

On "Meet the Press" Sunday, Pelosi pushed back at the notion Democratic policies aren't working for everyday Americans and the party needs new faces in leadership roles.

On "Outnumbered" today, Kennedy said Pelosi's remarks are incredibly out of touch and "insulting" to the Democratic base.

"Nancy Pelosi is just trying to hold on to power with those bony crypt fingers till she retires," Kennedy said. "That's all she wants."

Charlie Hurt said what Pelosi is essentially saying is: "Voters, you just didn't listen. You should listen to us."

Harris Faulkner said it's clear that the Democratic Party's problems go much, much deeper than mere "messaging."
