Former Trump campaign spokeswoman Katrina Pierson said Judge James Robart's ruling against the president's immigration ban was a "slap in the face" to the American public.

Pierson disagreed with critics' notion that the executive order was a ban on Muslims entering the United States:

"If so, add 40 other countries," she said, adding that former President Barack Obama originally outlined the seven countries noted in the order.

Pierson said foreign nationals are not afforded Constitutional rights, calling liberal opponents of Trump's policies "snowflakes".

"When are Democrats not outraged?" she asked, "When they don't get their way, snowflakes throw fits and tantrums."

She said former Gov. Howard Dean (D-Vt.) and billionaire George Soros are funding or supporting the recent protests.
