In the spirit of the upcoming 89th Academy Awards, Eric Bolling "nominated" a pair of Democrats for Oscars, based on their performances in opposition to President Trump.

Bolling said House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) deserves the Best Supporting Actress in a Musical for her role in singing Woody Guthrie's "This Land is Your Land" on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Pelosi joined several demonstrators in voicing opposition to Trump's immigration ban order, prior to a federal judge in Washington state ruling against it.

Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) deserves Best Performance by an Actor in a Drama for appearing to tear up during a speech opposing the ban.

Trump later labeled Schumer "Fake Tears Chuck" after watching the speech.

"Liberals are in panic mode [because] they don't know what to do with Donald Trump," Bolling said, comparing Democrats to a high school boy scorned by his crush.
