There was no "Baby on Board" sticker on a car that led police on a high-speed chase Tuesday through Los Angeles.

But there probably should have been.

Police officers from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Palmdale station began following a vehicle at around 6 p.m. local time. The car reached speeds of up to 90 mph.

Eventually the driver became stuck in a gate just off the highway. One male suspect surrendered, and soon after, a woman emerged from the driver's seat carrying an infant.

Police said they took multiple people into custody in connection with an armed robbery. The baby is fine.
