An armed driver led LAPD officers on a bizarre slow-speed chase for 90 minutes early Tuesday morning.

And if the slow speed wasn't odd enough, the driver appeared to throw a pair of pants out of the sunroof at one point during the chase.

Marcos Tulio Flores, suspected of shooting his sister-in-law Sunday, led police officers on the slow-speed pursuit down the southbound 405 Freeway, according to KTLA.

In addition to shedding the pair of pants, Flores exhibited other instances of erratic behavior, including waving his hands out the window, shooting his gun at the ground and appearing to taunt officers during the chase.

Eventually, officers were able to force Flores to lose control of the car and took him into custody.
