Omarosa Manigault, widely remembered for her performance on the first season of "The Apprentice," looks like she will again have Donald Trump as her boss.

The Associated Press reported Tuesday that Manigault is expected to join Trump's White House staff, according to two people familiar with the decision.

She is expected to focus on public engagement.

Manigault, who has been working with the president-elect's transition team, was an enthusiastic celebrity supporter of Trump's campaign.

Previously, she worked in the White House in the office of Vice President Al Gore during President Bill Clinton's Administration.

The Trump team has not confirmed Manigault's appointment.
